While the health and safety of our guests has always been a top priority, when you return to The Broadview Hotel you will find that we’ve made a number of enhancements - from offering remote check-ins to new cleaning protocols for guest rooms, common areas and high-touch surfaces; along with new options for dining.
Is The Broadview Hotel open?
Yes, we are excited to have our Rooftop Patio and Bistro+ Bar open - please click here for hours of operations.
We are booking weddings, meetings and hotel stays.

What is The Broadview Hotel’s current cancellation policy?
We offer a variety of rates with different cancellation policies to meet the individual needs of our guests. Please review the terms and conditions during the booking process to confirm the cancellation policy.
Have your public spaces, such as your lobby, changed?
We have increased our staffing of housekeeping attendants to support increased frequency of cleaning surfaces, with HEALTH CANADA approved cleaning agents. We ask all guests to leave a minimum of 6 feet of distance between one another for their protection and the protection of others. Hand Sanitizer stations are available throughout the property. Our Dining Venues will also respect social distancing seating guidelines.

What has The Broadview Hotel changed regarding guest room housekeeping?
Does The Broadview Hotel have a fitness facility available?
We do not currently have access to a fitness facility; however, neighbourhood walking and running maps are available.
What are my dining options at The Broadview Hotel?

Our restaurant seating has been redesigned to incorporate plenty of space for social distancing protocols. We’ve increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, added the use of face coverings by our staff and new menu presentation protocols.
Is The Broadview Hotel still offering dry cleaning and laundry services?
Yes, however service and times are limited.
Do your guest rooms have mini refrigerators?
Yes, all guest rooms have mini refrigerators that are sanitized before each guest’s stay. Mini-Bar items have been removed.
Do you offer Parking?
We currently offer limited self parking for a nightly rate of $35 plus tax. Public lots are also available in the area.
Has anything changed with Meetings & Events?

- Our hotel teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating procedures
- We have increased the frequency of cleaning of all public areas (including the lobby, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.)
- We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers in all public areas.
- Integration of text messaging engagement platforms are available for contactless requests and inquiries.
What has The Broadview Hotel changed regarding guest room housekeeping?
- In-room housekeeping service will be provided once every 3 days, during your stay.
- Additional linens, towels and toiletries are available by contact free delivery by contacting the Front Desk.
- Rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols will be used to clean guest rooms.
- Decluttering of guestroom and removal of reusable items from guest rooms.
